15 month old breaking out of daycare and wandering the streets.. am I over-reacting?

Your right that is very scary and also very irresponsible of the daycare to not let you know what is happening, if I were you before I spend any money I would consult with a lawyer to see if you can press any charges against them with child endangerment because this is a very serous situation something really bad could of happened to your son.
