T-money or seoul city plus?

Hi. I will be going to seoul during the summer for 6 weeks to study abroad and I not sure whether to get t-money or seoul city plus...I might go around to see seoul every week so I don't know which one to get. Oh also, can someone suggest me places to go such as cafe, shopping,etc. Thanks
