ive been on a 250 calorie diet for 2 weeks now and ive lost about a stone but ive stopped losing weight all of a sudden ive been exercising too, if i start eating 150 calories a day and exercising 45 Min's to an hour will this help me start losing weight again and how much i don't want lectures ino its unhealthy i just wanna lose weight for my birthday i just want a straight answer
