Im having alot of problem with my 2 daughters I feel like Im about to have either a heartattack or a nervous?

breakdown.My daughters are ages 14 and 11. I'll start with the 11 yr old shes very mouthy and doesnt listen to what i tell her to do she flips out starts yelling saying that im a bad mom Im an ex addict so she'll start yelling saying I'm an addict. Their father and I had a abuse relationship which ended 10 yrs ago he's in there life off and on and only buds in when it comes to me disciplining themhe tells me what to do.BUt he doesnt help financial or when it comes to school hes hardly there.My mother I feel plays a big roll in all this because she's always helped me financial raise my girls and I have also lived with her at times when they were younger.So now she feels she has control my 14 yr old has been with her since the bigining of summer and refuses to come home she tells me she doenst want to live with me anymore becuase its boring here I say boring she has 3 gaming systems aphone with everything on it texting internet ...ect a computer cable tv.My mom lets he go out hang out in the projects which is a bad nieghbor hood we live in Los Angeles. I moved 30 miles away because my mom was always involved. My mom and sister lie for her I think they are turing her against me I have tried picking her up and they hide her lie and she shes not misbihaving and that shes listening. Im so confufused I dont want anymore drama she threatens that if she comes home shes running away. Shes not on drugs is a 4.0 gpa student is so good in school I need advice before I get real sick I m thinking of boot camp for both of them but its expensive. Any advice is welcomed or suggestions on whhat to do thanks!!
