Do I have jealousy issues?

Okay, my boyfriend is thought of by many girls to be... to put it bluntly, hot. He's "very attractive," in my opinion. Every day, I have many girls tell me that he's hot, and let it be known that these girls are, also in my opinion, much much prettier than me. I'm always afraid that he will find another girl that's prettier than me, and he will just dump me like that. Am I just being paranoid, and how do I get over this? Also, am I just being a jealous girlfriend?
