What condition do i have ? (numb face )?

Hi, two years ago i expierenced a tingling senstion starting in my lip, within twenty minutes my left side of my face was numb from my top lip to just below the eye. This only lasted around an hour and was bareable. I experienced this a couple of times a year but they only last an ou sometimes i rub the area and the numbness goes by itself. It happened to me for the second time this morning (second time meaning second time it has gone from my top lip to below eye) in the same side as my face two years ago. Now i will probably get anwers saying it is bells pals, but bells palys involves other syntoms such as lack of hearing, face drop and no tatse,and bells palsy last for longer than my expiereinces. All that effects me is i have numbness like ins and needles from my let lip to lower eye, which has only occured proply twice but midly rond once a month, and when it does happen its only for an hour. Can someone give me a correct medial diagnoses of what i have,?????? dont forget this only occued 2 years ago and im now 15 i have been to a doctor who was no help what so ever ?
