Best Rebuild For a DSM 1993 Talon TSI AWD?

I just bought the car for $1,400 and it is in great shape and runs great. The down side is that it has 152,000 miles on it so I want to rebuild it. I don't plan on running over a 16G turbo and I'm not sure weather it would be better to go with completely OEM parts or to put some aftermarket stuff in. I'm looking for the most bang for my buck here. I plan on getting a cold air intake and a full 3" exhaust. I'm not sure yet if its a six or seven bolt right now because I guess it could be either in that year if you have any help on figuring that out that would be great too. I've never owned a DSM before but have wanted one for years and this deal was too good to p up. If you could point me in the direction of some sites that could help me or just let me know what I Should do that would be great. Thanks for your time.
