Dazzle DVC-100 Problems?

my dazzle recorder use to work on my old computer that ran on windows xp and it had some problems with it that couldn't be fix so after words i got a new one that runs on windows 7 and when i record it with the pinnacle instant dvd recorder that i used on my old pc it starts off good but at some point the frames start to jump and so does the audio and i hit stop and look at it the video is all jumpy and as for the audio the longer i record, the farther away the audio gets from the point of video it goes with. Has any had this problem and if so was there a way you fixed and can still use your Dazzle DVC 100 on your pc recording everything right?
