Household Chores Timetable?

I have just been watching "Anthea Turner's The Perfect Housewife" on BBC 3 and she had on there an example of a chores timetable. I would love one to use as a basis to apply to my own house as I'm trying to get it under control. Does anyone know where I can get one from. I have looked on the programme's website and searched the net but come up with nothing.
