What is a good beginner welder?

There really isn't a welder that is easy. I. Have used all of them but the easiest Is mig tig is tricky and gas doesn't give you strong welds that you would need on a tractor take it to a shop to get welded on but if you really want to do it yourself mig is your best bet to start out on though.
