Besides local police who would I contact about computer crimes within my area?

I've had people in my neighborhood who have gained access to my computer, my telephone, and even items inside my home. There isn't enough to get them for burglary in my own home, but maybe my brothers home. I'm hoping what I have on my computer will show some trace who do I contact outside the local police department if I want further help outside our local agency. I lost someone because of these people. They work as a gang, males, females, adults, juveniles, mexican, whites. I had a friend fall victim to them also and I have collected so much data but I'm afriad the local police won't be able to do enough and don't have the knowledge to really investigate this. So who else is there that I can contact for help in a government organization. I've had a number of personal things taken and used. Intellectual property theft and physical items. They like to brag so I know what's been taken and used. I want to catch the adults involved.
