Can you name this book?

I read this a while ago and forgot the name. There is a woman who wakes up after a car accident and has had amnesia so she can't remember the past 3 years. Somehow she's extremely rich with a high position at her company. Her husband is rich, she has an awesome house, etc. Yet this isn't her- it's too planned and strange. Basically she realizes that this life isn't for her though and falls in love with an artist? Happy ending, etc..
