What is better than JL W7 W6?

I have a 2007 Escalade. I am looking to install (2) 12' subs. What is the best SQL subs I can get? I have a budget of about $1500-$2000. This includes 1 or 2 amps. Is there anything comparable or better than the JL12W7 or W6v2 for less money? I am looking for sound quality with decent loudness. I have been thinking about Diamond Audio Hex Pro 12s. Has anyone heard them? if so I would like opinions. I listen mainly to Rap Music. Thanks.
