Is there a cl/language school that offers to teach Japanese in the city of Lhasa, Tibet??! y?

Tibet is a very sensitive issue with the Chinese government ,firstly you cannot travel to Tibet independently and without a permit to go there.Secondly due to the sensitivity it would be impossible for a foreigner to find work there.Lastly I do not ume there would be any Japanese schools there however some schools might be imparting lessons in English.
